Founders Advisors has hired Neal England to its North Texas Office – Dallas Business Journal – Dallas Business Journal

An investment bank’s local office is bringing on a new Dallas-based managing director and business services leader to facilitate transactions for middle market clients.
Founders Advisors announced it hired Neal England, who has experience in strategy development, executive operations and mergers and acquisitions. England will work out of the investment bank’s local office in Southlake. The firm specializes in mergers, acquisitions and strategy advising across technology, business services, consumer, energy, industry and health care industries.
“I was drawn to Founders because of our aligned values and the company’s authentic operating philosophy,” England said in a prepared statement. “They employ an impressive team of talented, highly-educated M&A professionals to support successful client transaction outcomes.”
England, who has worked in M&A for more than 30 years, most recently served as managing director, human resources management practice leader and global co-head for local investment bank Capital Alliance Corporation. He has led more than 40 buy- or sell-side transactions for technology or business services companies, a release said. At Capital Alliance Corporation, he originated and closed sell-side strategy and private equity recapitalizations across North America and Europe.
Founders Advisors recently announced it had advised industrial company Southwestern Petroleum Corporation as an add-on acquisition by DalFort Capital Partners through its platform company Fort Worth-based Key Polymer Holdings. DalFort is a Dallas-based private equity firm currently looking to make more acquisitions while raising a small fund, said Managing Partner Bryan Bailey in March. The deal closed Dec. 31, 2020.
The firm has three offices; one in Southlake, another near Houston and the last in Birmingham.
