ERCOT asks Texans to reduce energy use Tuesday morning until 9 a.m. to avoid emergency
The council, which runs Texas’ electrical grid, said it is not currently experiencing an emergency. It is asking people to reduce electricity use Tuesday morning to keep it that way.
