Dallas Cowboys playoffs: Dallas will host Green Bay Packers on Sunday afternoon

The Dallas Cowboys clinched the NFC East and #2 seed in the NFC with their road win against the Washington Commanders on Sunday afternoon. With how the rest of the league played out in Week 18, the Cowboys Wild Card Round opponent is the Green Bay Packers.

It was not until halftime (ish) of Sunday night’s game that we knew when that game would be happening, though. The answer is now known. Dallas will be hosting Green Bay on Sunday afternoon at 4:30pm ET in a game that will be televised by FOX.

Dallas played in the Monday night Wild Card matchup last season when they traveled to take on the Tampa Bay Buccaneers so there was some understandable fear that this may happen again. Thankfully this is not the case and the Cowboys have a normal Sunday afternoon game (watch out for the sun at AT&T Stadium).

As this game is on FOX it will mark the ninth time this season that their number one crew (Kevin Burkhardt, Greg Olsen, Erin Andrews and Tom Rinaldi) is calling a Cowboys game. No other team has more than three. This is basically the official broadcast of America’s Team at this point.

Who is ready?
